AGING AND CHOICES

We all make everyday decisions that either support the ageing process or impede it. Regular exercises can help avoid premature ageing and maintain a great shape for the whole body. Selecting television over physical exertion in the evening will lead to premature ageing.

It may lead to ageing, not to mention illness, to the chronic use of harsh chemicals on and around the body.

There can be age-related side effects to anything from finger nail polish to natural products that make you feel good (aka high) to the drugs we pump into our bodies.

The closer we can get back to the natural shape that our bodies desire, the less likely we are to see the age of our body in front of our eyes.

Making decisions that work for our body rather than against it will help slow down the process of ageing. Learning to listen to your body will make it all improve. When you’re finished, stop feeding. When you’re tired, relax. Focus in a way you never have before on yourself.

Where necessary, turn towards natural therapies instead of chemical modifications to turn back the clock. These are easy options that operate with the normal rhythm of our own bodies and pay us back in dividends beyond belief.

Aging and Tension

Chronic lifetimes with high stress are a healthy recipe for ageing. Stress affects everything from the way we handle ourselves to our energy level, besides the impact that a worried face has on facial wrinkles. Like people who feel good about themselves, people who are overwhelmed with everyday tension do not walk tall and proud. They move slower and challenge less of their bodies. People overwhelmed with stress often appear to have diseases that can assist with the ageing process.

A certain amount of stress is generally good for us, but stress on the body that causes physical signs should be treated in a friendly and calming way.

Grab a weekly massage and perform types of exercise such as yoga that are calm. Meditation will also help increase your overall level of stress, which can make you feel younger and more concentrated.

Although we can not prevent those birthdays from rolling in our direction, we can take affirmative action to keep our lives from being taken over by the ageing process. We can maintain our youthful joy and keep our spirits even younger, with less tension, better diet and exercise, and a healthier outlook. On the outside, the youthful joy on the inside would be visible.
